Psychotherapy is a journey together, with support and encouragement, to help you gain clarity and make sense of the issues you may be struggling with.

Like a stone thrown into a pond sending ripples in the water, so too, do the effects of our early attachment and life experiences impact the way we view and relate to people and the world. Sometimes the very necessary patterns or coping strategies that served so well for a period, later in life have the opposite effect in relationships or situations.

By exploring together to understand your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours that may have then contributed to beliefs, patterns or coping strategies ,we gently and empathically look at how they made sense at the time. This in turn can bring insight to help you make sense of yourself and how you look at the world around you, to enable growth and change to be effectively created in your life so that you can move forward with understanding and compassion and achieve a happier and more fulfilled life.
